​How Do I Place An Order?

HKP Timepieces works directly with our clients or the financial advisors of the clients! We allow an order to be placed via phone or in-person meetings! We cater to all needs of our clients from in-home watch experiences to dinner and watches! Many of our clients have their trusted financial advisors make purchases on their behalf for investment purposes. We are open to all options for our clients, so we ask them to contact us directly to set up an appointment with one of our watch experts!
Payment and Shipping
Our payment methods include cash, checks, and credit card. We accept all major credit cards, we accept all major forms of currencies, and also all forms of checks. For certain methods of payment, we will have them in escrow for the safety of our clients and also for our business. All transactions are final. We do ship worldwide with our partners in logistics for smooth and secured delivery of your order. Furthermore, we do offer an in-person delivery of our timepieces with an experience crafted specificaly for our clients within the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex! Returns & Refunds
HKP Timepieces sources new and pre-owned watches that are certified. We work with trusted dealers/wholesalers/brands and have no issues with any clients in our business life. We however do not guarantee any refunds, exchanges, or returns of watches once an order has been placed. Our business is based on trust, and we strive to maintain a positive relationship with our clients!
